What is myofunctional therapy?
Orofacial-myofunctional therapy is a type of therapy that uses guided exercises to retrain normal muscular function in the muscles of the face and mouth, promotes nasal breathing, the proper rest position of the tongue and lips, and forms a normal swallow pattern. This therapy supports long-term oral health, better sleep, and overall wellness.
